Sustainia is spearheaded by a diverse group of people. 

Erik Rasmussen is the founder of Sustainia, Monday Morning & Navigating 360. He has spent 60 years in Danish media, charting mega trends in international politics, trade and economics, and sustainability. At cop27 he became editor in chief of Denmark’s leading financial newspaper, Børsen followed by a career in Egmont Publishing before he founded Monday Morning. In 2007 he turned towards the climate agenda and founded Copenhagen Climate Council which later became Sustainia.

Saloni Khanna Sustainia

Saloni Khanna is an Associate and Project Manager at Sustainia. She is an experienced behavioral economist and strategic management advisor with a background from Copenhagen Economics, Ipsos, Incisiv, Gartner, and S&P Intelligence where she spent five years in strategy planning, marketing and digital transformation of consumer industries with leading players in the U.S.

She holds a BSc Economics (2012-2015) from University of London, London School of Economics (LSE), and is finishing an MSc Economics (2020-2022) from University of Copenhagen focused on behavioral economics, policy evaluation and strategy management.

Anne-Sofie Nissen Sustainia

Anne-Sofie Meyer Nissen is Analyst and Project Manager at Sustainia. She has experience in urban planning; materiality; Global South and North experiences; urban energy systems; and its ensuing complexities – especially in terms of the specific requirements for competencies.

She holds a BSc (2016-2020) in European Studies at Maastricht University, and MPA and MSc (2020-2023) Double Masters from Tsinghua University in Sustainable Development Goals, and Masters in Science from University Geneva in Innovation, Human Development and Sustainability.

Ana Lucia Dellien Sustainia

Ana Lucia Dellien is Analyst and Project Manager at Sustainia. She is a solution-oriented communicator experienced in strategy, account management, and creative development after working on more than 15 consumer marketing campaigns –  acquired through 3 1/2 years as Account Manager at McCann in New York. 

She holds dual BS & BA (2013-18) degrees in Economics & Communications at Boston University, and is pursuing a MSc (March 2023) Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals, Barcelona, Spain (degree jointly awarded by UPF, UAB, and UB) with a focus on sustainable behavior.

Moritz Alexander Wolf Sustainia

Moritz Alexander Wolf is Analyst & Project Manager at Sustainia.  He has extensive knowledge on ESG (including all reporting standards), circular businesses as well as measuring and managing impact. He loves working on ESG disclosures (CDP, TCFD, GRI & SASB), and using innovation to drive change. 

He holds a MSc (2021) in Sustainable Business & Innovation, EADA Business School, Barcelona, and a BSc (2016-20) in Geography and Earth Sciences University of Goettingen with exchange at University of Latvia, linking natural sciences, social sciences, economics, and humanities, geoinformatics (ArcGIS), urban planning, climate change mitigation, hydrology, geomorphology, and economic geography.

Ole Løhr Wilken is partner at Sustainia and directs our ESG practice. He is a former sustainability officer at Danish energy company Ørsted, a rapporteur for World Health Organisation, and consultant at Dalberg and Unleash. He holds a BSc. and an MSc. in Sociology from University of Copenhagen, and an MSc in Nature, Society and Environmental Policy from University of Oxford.

Daniel Bech Nielsen Sustainia

Daniel Bech Nielsen is Analyst & Project Manager at Sustainia. He has served as Project Manager for Egedal Municipality in Denmark on Sustainable Bottomline (Bæredygtig Bundlinje for SMEs) and at Copenhagen Municipality. At Sustainia he is involved in projects for Danish municipalities and organisations looking to engage their stakeholders in behavioral change.

He holds a BSc (2019-21) in Business Studies and Environmental Planning Roskilde University, and is pursuing a MSc (2021-23) in sustainable design Aalborg University.

Rasmus Schjødt Pedersen is partner and CEO at Sustainia. He is a former agency executive, tech entrepreneur, and naval commander in the Royal Danish Navy. He is a recipient of Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark‘s scholarship to Harvard University where he graduated with an MPA. He also holds a BSc. and an MSc. in Political Science from University of Copenhagen.
