GRI
Getting started or expanding your sustainability efforts, you should acquaint yourself with the world’s most widely used sustainability framework by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) – the GRI Standards.
The GRI Standards create a shared language for private or public organisations to report on their sustainability impacts in a consistent and credible way. This enhances global comparability and enables organizations to be transparent and accountable.
GRI helps organisations understand and disclose their impacts in a way that meets the needs of multiple stakeholders. In addition to reporting companies, GRI is highly relevant to many other groups, including investors, policymakers, capital markets, and civil society.

science-based targets
Most companies benefit from setting clear goals and objectives, based on KPIs that lead to key results. We can help you organise the proper strategic indicators that will lead you to desired outputs and outcomes. You’ll never look at strategy the same way again.
For the most ambitious, you can join the Science-Based Targets Initiative (SBTi), a global wave of companies that each agree to set science-based targets to reduce emissions and mitigate climate change. Setting a science-based target is a five-step process, and we can guide you through all five steps:
- Commit: submit a letter establishing your intent to set a science-based target
- Develop: work on an emissions reduction target in line with the SBTi’s criteria
- Submit: present your target to the SBTi for official validation
- Communicate: announce your target and inform your stakeholders
- Disclose: report company-wide emissions and track target progress annually

implementing strategy
As sustainability is integrated into company ambition of reshaping sustainable products and services, your sustainability strategy must be properly integrated with your organisation’s governance structure. This has deep implications for Boards and executive management as well as large parts of your organisation.
Your communication and the people involved will change accordingly, and you will need a solid roadmap that reflects that change, and involves the right people along the way.
