Sustainia analysed the green growth and job creation potential in Danish strongholds such as biofuels, water, wind power, and district heating, in the custom publication “Green Growth Copenhagen”.
The challenge
Sustainability is often considered as being unprofitable or highly costly, when it has been estimated that addressing the UN Sustainable Development Goals could unlock $12 trillion worth of value for companies who are proactive enough to take advantage of opportunities. Communicating market opportunities and job growth potential can often be highly technical, especially in the energy sector.
The solution
Sustainia created Green Growth Copenhagen in tandem with non-profit organisation Gate 21 and the Capital Region of Denmark. Based on global growth projections and the size of the Danish green market strongholds, the report featured a wealth of infographics and easy to communicate messages about the Danish potential in several areas including wind power, water, and biofuels.
